I am planning the conversion, getting components ready now. (Right hand drive) Has this been done often in Germany? I have a complete W126 sedan for swapping necessary parts. In fitting 117 to W124, does the crossmember in 124 work with available mounts? I understand the 560 transmission should mount to the original points in the W124. Modifications to the pre-fire wall for the heads - I expect to need to adjust these. Exhaust manifolds will be custom made if necessary. Any oil sump modification...
Greetings from sunny Queensland... I have W124 and want to put E500E rear arches on it. I have all the other E500E parts from USA, but not the rear arches. Does someone in Germany make such panels??? Regards ~ Kevin
